Haven't heard from us?? If your name is listed below, we couldn't reach you because emails we sent to you were rejected. Either you provided an invalid return address or your ISP has email problems. Be sure to send us your mail address or correct the problem with your email server so we can mail our response/registration to you, since we won't be able to reply to you until you correct your email problem. We will not remove your name from this list until you explicitly tell us to remove it or confirm that our emails have got through to you. Messages in Red under Rejection column are OUR notes to you. We may respond here if we get a follow up from you, so check back here to see if we received your email, as we may still be unable to send a response to you. All customer email addresses in the error messages have the user name replaced with  {YourEmailName}  for privacy reasons and also to prevent any automatic trawling of the email addresses listed here by spammers.

NOTE: PIMLICO SOFTWARE DOES NOT RESPOND TO ANY CHALLENGE-RESPONSE SYSTEMS (our system is flooded with bogus requests - so they are now all pre-deleted). You MUST whitelist Pimlico Software if you expect to receive your registration code or get any technical support.

If you see your name here PLEASE email Pimlico Customer Support with a different email address to get your registration code or get an email response.
